做好医院后勤保障工作的几点思考

摘　　要：后勤保障是"平安医院"创建的基础和保障。随着社会的发展,医疗技术和服务水平的提高,医疗设施的改进,就诊环境的改善,医院的环境日益复杂,对医院后勤保障工作提出了更新更高的要求。为了适应新形势下医院发展的需要,提高医院后勤保障水平,加速后勤保障方面的改革势在必行。本文分析了医院后勤保障工作的特点、要素以及关键领域,提出了做好医院后勤保障工作的基本措施,为医院的后勤保障工作提供参考。Logistical support is the foundation and safeguard for ＂Safe Hospital＂. With the development of society, the improvement of medical technologies, services, medical facilities and treatment environment, and the increasingly complex hospital environment, new and higher requirements have been put forward for logistics support in a hospital. In order to meet the needs of the hospital development in the new situation, it is imperative to improve the level and accelerate the reform of logistics support in a hospital. This paper analyzed the characteristics, elements and key areas of hospital logistics support, and pointed out the basic measures to fulfill the hospital logistics support, providing reference for the logistics support of the hospital.
