大疱性类天疱疮患者嗜酸性粒细胞水平的检测及与BP180数值的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的检测大疱性类天疱疮患者BP180和血常规中嗜酸性粒细胞水平,进行相关性分析,为临床治疗提供依据。方法检测332例大疱性类天疱疮患者血常规中嗜酸性粒细胞百分比水平,ELISA方法测定116例大疱性类天疱疮患者的BP180数值。结果≥60岁的大疱性类天疱疮患者嗜酸性粒细胞百分比水平男女患者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),332例大疱性类天疱疮患者嗜酸性粒细胞百分比水平男女患者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),BP180和血常规中嗜酸性粒细胞水平呈显著正相关(r=0.327,P<0.05)。结论嗜酸性粒细胞的水平可能与大疱性类天疱疮患者的病情相关。Objective To detect BP180 and blood routine eosinophil levels in patients with bullous pemphigoid and to analyze the correlation between them for clinical treatment. Methods Blood samples were collected from 332 patients with bullous pemphigoid to determine the percentage of eosinophils,and ELISA was used to determine the BP180 value in 116 patients with bullous pemphigoid. Results The percentage of eosinophils in bullous pemphigus patients ≥60 years old was not statistically significant in the difference between men and women（ P〈0. 05）. The percentage of eosinophils in 332 cases of bullous pemphigoid patients was not statistically significant in the difference between male and female patients（ P〈0. 05）. There was a significant positive correlation between BP180 and blood routine eosinophil（ r = 0. 327,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Eosinophil levels may be associated with degree of disease in patients with bullous pemphigoid.
