摘  要:采用机械合金化法,利用真空热压技术,通过控制温度、压力制备了MA Fe-60Ni-15Cr块体合金,采用粉末冶金法制备了常规尺寸的PM Fe-60Ni-15Cr合金。利用电化学测量系统,研究两种合金在3.5%的Na Cl溶液中的腐蚀行为。通过动电位极化曲线和交流阻抗谱分析可得,两种合金均发生活性溶解,MA Fe-60Ni-15Cr合金的腐蚀电流密度高于PM Fe-60Ni-15Cr合金,且两种合金的交流阻抗谱均由单容抗弧组成,PM Fe-60Ni-15Cr合金的传递电荷电阻大于MA Fe-60Ni-15Cr合金。即PM Fe-60Ni-15Cr合金的耐蚀性较好。MAFe-60 Ni-15 Cr alloy and PM Fe-60 Ni-15 Cr alloy were respectively prepared by mechanical alloying method and powder metallurgy method, and their corrosion behaviors in 3.5% Na Cl aqueous solution was investigated by using free corrosion potential, polarization curves and EIS. The dynamic potential polarization curve showed that all of the two Fe-60 Ni-15 Cr alloys were dissolved. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy showed that the radius of curves of PM Fe-60 Ni-15 Cr alloy was significantly higher than that of MAFe-60 Ni-15 Cr alloy. The charge transfer resistance of PM Fe-60 Ni-15 Cr alloy was greater than that of MA Fe-60 Ni-15 Cr alloy. Thus, the corrosion resistance of PM Fe-60 Ni-15 Cr alloy was better.
