摘 要:介绍了化工生产中原料里氯的来源,氯化物对生产设备的严重腐蚀,对下游催化剂中毒、失活的影响,以及对环境造成的污染。同时也对国内外不同使用条件下的脱氯剂现状和工业应用情况作以介绍,以及未来脱氯剂的发展方向作以展望,并介绍了重整装置中的脱氯工艺和脱氯剂使用要求。The sources of chlorine in raw materials for chemical production were introduced. Severe corrosion of chloride on production facilities was discussed as well as poisoning and deactivation of downstream catalysts, and environmental pollution. At the same time, research status and industrial application of dechlorination agents under different conditions at home and abroad were also introduced. And the future development direction of dechlorination agent was analyzed. At last, the dechlorination process and dechlorination requirements of the reforming unit were discussed.
