摘　　要：目的观察自制中药敷贴穴位贴敷的戒烟效果。方法采用随机抽样的方法抽取兰州市城关区白银路街道某2个社区年龄≥18岁的烟民210人进行入户调查(最终纳入200人),随机分为中药敷贴组和安慰剂敷贴组。中药敷贴组124人在开展吸烟有害健康教育的同时给予自制中药敷贴穴位(甜味穴)贴敷,安慰剂敷贴组76人在开展吸烟有害健康教育的同时给予自制安慰剂敷贴穴位(甜味穴)贴敷。2组均以4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较2组烟民贴敷后的感受变化、食欲变化、睡眠质量及贴敷前后吸烟量的变化。结果共发放调查问卷210份,回收200份,有效回收率为95.2%。贴敷后,中药敷贴组感受不适、食欲下降、睡眠质量下降发生率分别为9.7%,0.8%,4.8%,安慰剂敷贴组分别为2.6%,0,1.3%,2组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中药敷贴组贴敷后与贴敷前比较,吸烟量明显减少,差异有统计学意义(χ2=52.071,P<0.01);与安慰剂敷贴组贴敷后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论自制中药敷贴穴位贴敷戒烟效果显著,能够有效地减少烟民的吸烟量,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of self-made Chinese herb application by plastering on acupoint for smoking cessation. Methods 200 smokers（ random samples） more than 18 years old in Lanzhou city got education about the harm of smoking and then were randomized into Chinese herb application group（ 124 cases） and placebo application group（ 76 cases）. Chinese herb group was given self-made herb plaster on sweet point,while placebo group was given self-made placebo also plastering on sweet point. 4 weeks was as one course. Feelings,appetite,sleeping as well as smoking amount of 2 groups were all investigated and compared after 1 course. Results The study distributed 210 questionnaires and collected 200,the recovery rate was 95.2%. After plastering therapy,incidence of discomfort,loss of appetite,poor sleeping quality in Chinese herb group were 9. 7%,0. 8% and4.8%,while in placebo group were 2.6%,0 and 1.3%,there was no any difference（ P 〈 0.05）. Smoking amout in Chinese herb group decreased more than in palcebo group after plastering therapy with better effect,the differeces were all significant（ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The self-made Chinese herbs plaster is obviously effective for smoking cessation,by reducing the smoking amount,it is worthy of popularization and application.
