摘　　要：本文通过对国家农业综合开发重点支持的10个田园综合体试点建设方案梳理,对比分析了各地区田园综合体建设的共性和差异。研究发现,田园综合体试点项目基本都是围绕农业生产、产业加工、文旅休闲、生活居住和综合服务五个方面展开;在产业升级、农民就业、生活改善等方面的措施方案各具特色;提出保障农民利益、协调产业发展、创新融资模式、发展特色产业的政策建议,为国家农业综合开发田园综合体试点项目政策进一步完善提供参考。This study analyses 10 rural complex pilot construction schemes,contrasts the commonness and difference of rural complex pilot in different regions.It concludes that the rural complex pilot projects are mainly built agricultural production,agricultural processing,leisure traveling,residential and comprehensive services center.Every rural complex pilot has their own characteristics measures in industrial upgrading,farmers＇employment,life improvement and other aspects.It put forward policy suggestions including protection of farmers benefits,balance of industrial development,innovation of financing mode,development of characteristic agricultural industry to provide references for improving project policies of State Agriculture Comprehensive Development rural complex pilot.
