摘 要:脓毒症是感染所致的以全身失控性炎症反应为特征的临床综合征,为重症患者病死的最常见原因。血液净化治疗通过非特异性地清除内毒素和(或)炎性介质而发挥免疫调理作用,显示出良好的应用前景。然而,目前大多数的血液净化技术并未显示出提高脓毒症患者生存率的益处。本文就脓毒症血液净化免疫调理的机制、不同血液净化技术的研究进展进行简要综述,并预测未来免疫调理的方向。Sepsis is a clinical syndrome characterized by systemic uncontrolled inflammatory response caused by infection, and is the most common cause of death in critically ill patients. Blood purification therapy has immunomodulatory functions through the nonspecific elimination of endotoxin and (or) inflammatory mediators, and shows a good prospect of application in sepsis. However, most of the current blood purification techniques do not show the benefits of improving the survival rate of patients with sepsis. In this paper, the mechanism of immunomodulation of blood purification and the progress of different blood purification techniques in sepsis are briefly reviewed, and the direction of the future immunomodulation is pointed out.
