摘 要:膏体充填料的输送技术是膏体充填系统的关键技术之一。针对湘西金矿膏体充填系统进行输送工艺研究,先根据矿山实际情况计算各中段的几何充填倍线以及管压,确定采用自流输送方式还是泵压输送方式,进而进行充填泵的选择、充填管道的选型以及计算膏体充填料的流速。最后提出充填钻孔的设计参数、井下各中段的管网布置方案,并对需要进行泄压的中段进行泄压设计。湘西金矿尾矿膏体充填新技术的引进能为深部矿体的安全开采提供有力保障,可有效解决矿山现有尾矿库库容不足的问题,保护当地生态环境,具有较好的环境效应和社会效应。The conveying technology of paste filling is one of the key technologies of paste filling system. In allusion to the research on the conveying technology of Xiangxi Gold Mine by the paste filling system, according to the actual situation of the mine, it calculates the geometrical times filling line and pipe pressure of each middle section firstly, and confirms whether gravity or pumping, then selects the suitable type of the pump, the filling pipe and calculate the flow rate of the paste filling. At last, it puts forward the parameters of drilling, layout of the middle sections underground, and decompression design of the middle section which have got to. By bring in the new technology of tailings paste filling, the safety mining of deep ore-body in Xiangxi Gold Mine is ensured and there will be no shortage of the stockpile capacity of tailings. Meanwhile, by protect the local ecological environment, the well environmental and social effects are appeared.
