摘  要:推导渐开线圆柱齿轮内啮合传动下中心距误差的滑动率计算公式以及影响曲线,按照等滑动率原则修正变位系数,与外啮合传动需增加小齿轮变位系数和降低大齿轮的变位系数不同,内啮合需同时增加内、外齿轮的变位系数,从而改善非均匀磨损。The influence and calculation formula on sliding of internal involute cylindrical gearing under center distance is derived. According to balanced specific sliding, the modification coefficient of internal and enternal gear is increased simultaneously for improving nonuniform wear. In contrast,the coefficient of small gear is increased as well as the one of big gear is decreased under external gearing.
