摘　　要：根据工业需要,进行小型自动化系统元件比对选型,采用两台S7-200 SMART PLC配备多种驱动器,实现伺服、步进及调速等控制功能。在详细介绍PLC和各种驱动器硬件线路连接的基础上,重点对计算机、MCGS触摸屏、S7-200Smart PLC构建以太网的组网方法和通信参数设置进行了介绍,为构建基于以太网的工业自动化系统提供了参考。According to industrial needs, completed and finished the selecting of component for small automation system. The system uses two S7-200 SMART PLC and drivers to control servomotor, stepper motor, and realizes motor multi-level speed control of AC motor. The net includes a computer, a MCGS Tpc and twoS7-200 SMART PLC. On the basis of introducing the connections between PLC and drivers, this paper focuses on the methods of network formation based on Ethernet and the communication parameter setting. These methods can provide reference for setting up industry automation system based on Ethernet.
