摘 要:运用SLP法对物流园区等区域的功能区进行布局规划是一种成熟、有效的方法,为了对国际陆港功能区布局进行研究,本文在现有研究的基础上,着重突出国际陆港功能区间业务流程和作业流线在布局过程中的作用。以某国际陆港作为研究对象,运用SLP法进行功能区布局,借鉴成熟陆港的经验确定功能区的规模比例,给出详细的某国际陆港的业务流程,并在业务流程的基础上得出功能区间的作业流线,进而确定陆港的物流关系与非物流关系,得出功能区的位置相关图,形成陆港功能区的布局方案。在验证SLP方法可行性的同时也为其他国际陆港功能区的布局提供了参考。The SLP method is a mature and effective method for the layout planning of the functional areas of the logistics parks and other areas. In order to study the layout of the functional area of the international land port, on the basis of existing research, the role of business process and operating streamline in the layout process of the international land port functional zone is emphasized. Taking an international land port as the research object, functional area layout using SLP method, using the experience of mature land port to determine the scale ratio of functional areas, give detailed international land port business process, and on the basis of the business process, the operating streamlines of the functional interval are obtained. And then determine the relationship between logistics and non logistics in land port, get the position correlation graph of the function area, layout scheme for forming land and port function area. It also provides reference for the layout of other international land port functional areas while validating the feasibility of the SLP method.
