摘　　要：目的调查分析遵义地区健康成人血清胱抑素C(cystatin C,CysC)浓度,并建立适合遵义地区健康成人血清CysC的临床检验参考区间。方法采用微粒子增强免疫比浊法测定1405名遵义地区健康成人血清CysC的浓度,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果遵义地区不同年龄、性别人群的血清CysC的浓度分布存在一定差异。男性和女性组中,CysC浓度均随年龄增长而增加,且年龄>50岁组的健康成人血清CysC浓度显著高于18~50岁组(P<0.001);各年龄阶段健康男性血清CysC浓度均显著高于该年龄阶段女性平均水平(P<0.001);CysC参考区间按年龄组18~50岁和>50岁区分,男性分别为0.63~1.14 mg/L和0.71~1.29 mg/L,女性分别为0.50~1.06 mg/L和0.55~1.13 mg/L。结论遵义地区健康成人血清CysC在不同性别和年龄人群中分布存在差异,本研究初步建立该地区健康成人血清CysC的参考区间。Objective To investigate the serum cystatin C（ CysC） concentration of healthy adults in Zunyi area,and establish clinical reference intervals for serum CysC which are suitable for healthy people in Zunyi area.Methods 1405 healthy people in Zunyi area were involved to determine the serum CysC concentration by immunogold turbidimetric. Results There were significant differences in the distribution of serum CysC concentration between age and gender groups. For male and female,the concentration of CysC increased with age,and it was significantly higher in healthy adults aged 50 years and over than that in healthy adults aged 18-50 years（ P〈0. 001）. In the same age,the level of CysC in healthy men was higher than that in women（ P〈0. 001）. The CysC reference intervals were divided into two groups by age as follow： 18-50 years and 50 years. The reference intervals were 0. 63 ~ 1. 14 mg/L and 0. 71 ~ 1. 29 mg/L for male,respectively. The reference intervals were 0.50 ~ 1. 06 mg/L and 0. 55 ~ 1. 13 mg/L for female. Conclusion The serum CysC levels of healthy adults in Zunyi area were different among the different gender and age groups. This study preliminarily established the reference intervals for serum cystatin C of healthy adults in the region.
