摘　　要：维生素作为机体各种生命活动的必要营养素,同时也参与了寄生虫在宿主体内的代谢及免疫过程。由于维生素的合成及其参与的代谢过程在寄生虫与宿主体内不尽相同,这为抗寄生虫药物的研究提供了新的视角。本文从寄生虫感染对宿主维生素水平及功能的影响,以及维生素对寄生虫在宿主内生长发育和致病的影响两方面着手,综述了常见维生素与寄生虫在代谢和功能上的相互影响,以期对寄生虫病药物研发有所启发。Vitamins,as one of the essential nutrients,take an important role in the metabolism of parasites as well as in the immunological process against parasites inside human bodies. However,the synthesis and metabolism of vitamins in parasite are rather different from that in human,providing the development of anti-parasite drug with an potential target site,also bringing new hope to the treatment of other immune diseases. Given to the extreme diversity of type and function of vitamins,there is still lack of reviews to illustrate the relationship between vitamins and parasites systematically and comprehensively. In this study,the influence of parasitic infection on the metabolism and function of vitamins inside human host,as well as the influence of vitamins on the development and pathogenicity of parasites inside human host will be discussed in detail. This review retrospectively describes the relationship between common vitamins and parasites,hoping to inspire the current development of anti-parasite drugs.
