国内资质管理对于中小建筑设计企业发展的影响

摘　　要：近年来国内的建筑设计资质管理逐步放开,但是与国外相比仍在一定程度上限制了中小设计企业的健康成长和良性运转。随着国外建筑设计企业的大举进入,行业内的竞争将更加激烈,如同一个"丛林",行业内的多物种共存有助于整个系统的生态平衡。从国外的先例也可以看出中小建筑设计企业在行业内的贡献。国内的资质管理制度应该对于原本发展不足的中小建筑设计企业给予足够的重视和支持。In recent years,management of domestic architecture design gradually opened,but for comparison with foreign countries it is still limited to some extent to the healthy and rapid growth of small-medium architectural design enterprises. With foreign enterprises into the architectural design business,industry competition will become fiercer. As a "jungle",the industry’s multi-species coexistence helps the ecological balance of the entire system. From cases from abroad,small-medium architectural design enterprises in the industry contribution can also be seen. China’s qualification management system should give adequate attention and support to small-medium architectural design enterprises which are not yet developed.
