摘　　要：地方高校是区域内科技创新、技术转移和成果转化的重要载体与平台。优化人才培养体系,提高人才培养质量,已经成为地方高校给水排水工程专业现阶段迫切需要解决的问题。本文从明确培养定位、课程架构的优化、教学方法的优化、人才培养模式的优化、人才培养质量管理与评价体系的优化五个方面阐述了地方高校给水排水工程专业人才培养体系优化的措施。Local universities is area technological innovation,technology transfer and achievements of the important carrier and platform. Optimized talent cultivation system,improve the quality of talent training,the local colleges and universities has become a professional stage water and wastewater engineering problems need to be solved urgently. From the clear orientation,training and the optimization of structure optimization of teaching methods,talent cultivation mode,and the optimization of talent training quality management and evaluation system of the optimization of five aspects of water supply and drainage engineering in local colleges professional talent cultivation system optimization measures.
