摘  要:目的评价提升孕产期保健服务质量方法的效果。方法采用随机对照试验的研究方法,将研究对象按照随机原则分配到1个对照组和3个干预组中;干预前后完成自制问卷调查,评价干预组在提高孕产期保健服务质量的有效性。结果干预后发现孕产期保健服务满意率由高到低依次为:干预组3〉干预组2〉干预组1〉对照组(均P〈0.05);早孕建卡、孕产妇系统管理、产后访视率由高到低依次为:干预组3〉干预组2〉干预组1〉对照组(均P〈0.05)。结论采用微信平台+专人团队服务作为提高孕产期保健服务质量的干预方式是有效的;建议将该干预模式进行推广。Objective To evaluate the relative efficacy of the interventions for improving the quality of maternal health service in China. Methods A randomized controlled trial was conducted to assess the relative efficacy of 3 interventions for improving the satisfaction, behaviors and perception of maternal health service. 1 400 participants were recruited and randomly allocated to four groups. The questionnaires were finished before and after the interventions. Results After the intervention, the satisfaction to maternal health service was the highest in the intervention group 3, that in the intervention group 2 came next, then that in the intervention group 1, and that in the control group. Making cards in early pregnancy and maternal systematical management were best in the intervention group 3, second in the intervention group 2, and then in the intervention group 1 and the control group. The supervision rate after delivery was highest in the intervention group 3, that in the intervention group 2 came next, then that in the intervention group 1, and that in the control group. Conclusion WeChat platform and service by professional team is effective in improving quality of maternal health service, so it is worth being generalized. [ Key words ]
