摘　　要：目的探讨心电图检测中碎裂QRS波对冠心病的诊断价值。方法选取2016年2月至2017年2月于我院行心电图检测的112例患者,将确诊为冠心病的56例患者纳入观察组,将冠状动脉造影阴性非冠心病患者56例纳入对照组。对比两组患者碎裂QRS波的发生情况。结果观察组的碎裂QRS波发生率为71.43%(40例),明显高于对照组的26.79%(15例)(P<0.05)。两组患者的下壁碎裂QRS波发生率均明显高于前壁、侧壁(P<0.05)。结论心电图检测中碎裂QRS波诊断冠心病患者的准确率较高,具有重要的临床价值。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of fragmented QRS to coronary heart disease in electrocardiograph detection. Methods 112 cases of patients undergoing electrocardiograph detection in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected. 56 cases of patients diagnosed as coronary heart disease were selected as observation group, and another 56 cases of patients with non-coronary heart disease and negative coronary arteriography were selected as control group. The fragmented QRS occurrences were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of fragmented QRS of the observation group was 71.43% （40 cases）, significantly higher than 26.79% （15 cases） of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The fragmented QRS incidences of inferior wall of the two groups were significantly higher than those of anterior wall and lateral wall （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Fragmented QRS has higher accuracy in the diagnosis of patients with coronary heart disease in electrocardiograph detection, which has important clinical value.
