摘  要:作为转录因子,NF-κB通过转录调节基因表达参与肿瘤的发生进展。诸多研究表明,几乎在所有肿瘤中都存在肿瘤细胞内NF-κB信号通路的持续激活。然而,本来在生理状态下受到严格调控的NF-κB信号通路在肿瘤细胞中如何持续地被激活,其细胞分子生物学机制尚不清楚。现就简要评述非编码RNA(miRNA和lncRNA)对肿瘤细胞内NF-κB炎性通路的调节及其可能的临床转化意义。Transcription factor NF-κB plays important roles in the development and progression of malignant tumor through regulating the expression of a wide variety of genes. Constitutive activation of NF-κB has been evidenced in many cancer types. While NF-κB signaling pathway is tightly regulated in physiological settings, quite frequently it is constitutively activated in cancer cells, leading the cancer cells to a status we designate as being "inflamized". The molecular biology mechanisms underlying the deregulated activation of NF-κB signaling, however, remain unclear. In this review, the regulatory role and possible clinical conversion of non-coding RNA(miRNA and lncRNA) in NF-κB signaling pathway in inflammatory tumor cells will be discussed.
