摘 要:为了探究胶粉微波辐射后对改性沥青粘度和分子量分布的影响,采用5种不同的微波时间对废胎胶粉进行活化处理,并制备胶粉改性沥青。通过布氏粘度和凝胶渗透色谱试验,得到胶粉改性沥青的粘度和分子量分布。结果表明:胶粉经过微波活化后,橡胶沥青粘度和大分子含量均有所下降,当胶粉活化时间为90s时,胶粉改性沥青的粘度和大分子含量均最小;橡胶沥青的粘度与其大分子含量有较强的相关性,随着大分子含量越高,沥青粘度越大。In this paper, the effects of different activation time on the viscosity and molecular weight distribution, the internal interaction of rubber asphalt were studied by using 5 different microwave activation time to modify the waste tire powder and the rubber asphalt was prepared.The changes of viscosity and molecular weight distribution of rubber modified asphalt were analyzed by Brookfield viscosity test and gel permeation chromatography. The results show that the viscosity and macromolecule content of modified asphalt decreased after microwave activation,when the activation time is 90s,the viscosity and macromolecule content of rubber asphalt are the smallest,the correlation between the viscosity and macromolecule content is the strong,the interaction between the powder and the asphalt has the most significant effect on the performance of the rubber asphalt.
