摘 要:采用线性组合算符和幺正变换相结合的变分方法,研究了电子与体纵光学声子强耦合情况下抛物量子阱中极化子的基态能量。给出了抛物量子阱中强耦合极化子的基态能量与量子阱受限强度和电子-体纵光学声子耦合强度的关系。通过数值计算,结果表明:强耦合极化子的基态能量随量子阱受限强度的增大而增大,随电子-体纵光学声子耦合强度的增大而减小。随量子阱受限强度的减小,基态能量趋于晶体材料的结果。抛物量子阱增强了极化子的基态能量。The ground state energy of the strong-coupled polaron in a parabolic quantum well was studied by using linear combination operator and unitary transformation method.The relationships between the ground state energy of the strong-coupled polaron and the confinement strength of parabolic quantum well as well as electron-longitudinal optical phonons coupling constant were derived.Numerical calculation based on computer indicated that the ground state energy of strong-coupled polaron would increase with increasing confinement strength,and it would decrease with increasing electron-longitudinal optical phonons coupling constant.With the decrease of confinement strength,ground state energy tended to be the result of crystalline material.The ground-state energy of polaron was enhanced by the confinement of parabolic quantum well.
