国产交沙霉素片人体药物动力学及相对生物利用度研究

摘　　要：10名健康受试者交叉口服单剂量日本产及国产交沙霉素片(800mg)后,用微生物法测定血药浓度,按单室血管外模型处理分析得出各药物动力学参数。结果表明二者基本相似,其相对生物利用度为97±37%。The relative bioavailability ad pharmacokinetics of josamysin tablets made inChina and Japan were studied in 10 volunteers. A single oral dose of iosamysin800 mg was given to each volunteer, Josamysin serum-concentration was measuredby bioassay. It was found that the pharmacokinetic parameters of josamysin tabletmade in China were similiar to that of josamysin tablet made in Japan.The rela-tive bioavailability was 97±37%.
