摘 要:通过聚乳酸(PLLA)表面修饰的纳米氧化锌材料与聚乳酸(PLLA)共混制备出纳米聚乳酸复合膜,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、DSC对复合材料进行表征,并将该膜与单纯的聚乳酸材料制备的膜相比,进行抗菌性能测试。实验结果表明,添加氧化锌-聚乳酸(ZnO-PLLA)复合材料比纯PLLA有更好的热稳定性和更高的界面结合强度,结晶度由原来的42.2%增加到47.1%,提高了PLLA的结晶速率,并且复合材料具有较好的抑菌效果。The polylactic acid nanocomposite film was prepared by blending polylactic acid (PLLA)with nano-ZnO-PLLA whose surface was modified with nano zinc oxide (nano-ZnO). The composites werecharacterized by scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ) and differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ). Thenano-ZnO-PLLA/PLLA composite fihn was compared with the pure PLLA film, and they were tested onantibacterial properties. The experimental results show that the nano-ZnO-PLLA/PLLA composite material hasbetter thermal stability and higher interracial bonding strength than the pure PLLA, and the crystallinityincreases from 42.2% to 47.1%, which improves the crystallization rate of PLLA. Additionaly, thecomposites has good antibacterial activity.
