摘　　要：在简述了塑料包装优点的基础上,提出了多样化设计是塑料包装工业设计的主要原则之一,从功能多样性和设计要求多样性的角度阐述了塑料包装多样性设计理念,提出了现阶段较为主流的基于CAD和知识工程的工业设计流程,分析了传统热流道模具型腔内壁的冷凝层对注塑件成型质量的影响,提出了利用温度智能调节模块控制热流道模具内温度的工艺系统,分析了型腔壁厚对成型效果的影响,提出了温度智能调节系统的基本结构,分析了循环管道内水流速度对模具型腔内温度的影响。On the basis of the advantages of plastic packaging, the view that diversified design was oneof the main principles of plastic packaging industry design was puts forward. From the perspectives offunctional diversity and design requirements diversity, the concept of plastic packaging diversity design waspresented, and the current mainstream industrial design process based on CAD and knowledge engineeringwas put forward. The traditional hot runner cavity wall condensation layer on the molding quality of injectionmolding parts was analyzed, and the use of intelligent temperature control module to control the hot runnermold temperature process system was put forward. The influence of the wall thickness on the forming effectwas analyzed, and the basic structure of the temperature intelligent adjusting system was put forward.
