摘　　要：基于产品的独创外观设计所具有的市场竞争价值,产品外观设计专利权已成为市场竞争的一个重要手段。而对于只在特定的领域流通,且使用和布放又有一定安全防控的产品,发起司法保护就具有一定的难度,针对这类产品的外观设计专利权该如何正确开展司法保护,本文通过一个案例,探讨性分析专用设备外观设计专利权维权管辖地的选择问题。Respecting the market competition value of original designs of products, the design patent rights of the products have already become an important measure for market competition. Nevertheless, it is difficult to seek judicial protection for products that are only circulated in specific fields and used and placed within areas with security controls. In view of the problem of how to properly protect the design patent right of such products, this article discusses the choice of jurisdiction for protection of design patent rights of special equipment.
