摘　　要：区块链技术因其潜在应用价值和巨大发展前景受到金融银行、科技企业以及创业公司的关注,创新主体开始在中国提交专利申请,以维护自身的合法权益。本文介绍了区块链的概念、区块链与数字货币专利,对区块链中国专利进行全面检索,并从专利申请发展趋势、申请人地区分布、国内外主要申请人及专利技术内容、关键技术、应用场景等方面进行分析,并针对结论提出了建议,为我国区块链技术研发提供参考。Because of its potential application value and wide development prospects, blockchain technology has attracted the attention of financial banks, technology companies and start-up companies. The applicant began to submit patent applications of blockchain in China. This paper introduces the concept of blockchain, blockchain and digital currency patent, and analyzes the China patent from the overall trend, the major applicant, the technology of patent, in order to provide a reference for the development of blockchain technology in China.
