摘　　要：主要针对H公司某涂装车间PVC下件工位升降机失速问题的原因分析和解决方法做了阐述,在原因分析的过程中对可能造成问题发生的因素进行了逐一排查,且对部分设备元件的能力进行了重新核算,最后彻底解决了问题,为避免问题的再次发生提出了整改方案。This article mainly deals with the analysis and solution of the cause of the stall problem of the elevator in a painting workshop of H cpmpany. In the process of the cause analysis, the factors that may cause the problem are checked and the ability of sonie equipment elements is recalculated. Finally solved the problem completely and put forward the plan to avoid the problem again.
