摘  要:综述了苯基三氯硅烷用于制备硅树脂(如缩合型硅树脂、加成型LED封装硅树脂、硅炔树脂、梯形硅树脂、聚倍半硅氧烷、改性硅树脂等)、有机硅中间体(多氯代硅烷、部分烷基化产物、新型交联剂等)、无卤阻燃添加剂、衬底修饰材料等的研究进展;并对未来苯基三氯硅烷的应用领域进行了展望。The research progress of phenyltrichlorosilaneused in preparation of each kind of silicone resins such as condensed silicone resins, addition type LED encapsulant silicone resins, silicon-alkyne resins, ladder silicone resins, polylsilsesquioxane and modified silicone resins, et al., silicone intermediates such as polychlorinated silanes, partially alkylated product and novel crosslinking agents, etc, and halogen-free flame retardant additives, and trim substrate materials were briefly reviewed. The application prospect of phenyhrichlorosilane in the future was also presented.
