硝苯地平乳膏经皮给药的临床疗效

摘　　要：O/W型硝苯地平乳膏,经皮给药治疗高血压病人22例,总有效率95.45%。降压起效时间比氮酮硝苯地平乳剂快58.26倍,比口服给药快4.77倍,与口食相当。心率在用药后明显下降(P<0.05)。Twenty two patients suffered from hypertension were treated with a new formof nifedipine cream using DMSO and 1.2-propylene glycol as a accelaretor forpercutaneous absorption, that was invented by us. 14 of 22 cases get remarkableeffect and 7 get effect for endermism of nifedipine cream. The total effectiverete was 95.45%. The hypotensive effect started at the interval of 4. 19±1.62min.after treatment and reaching the maximum hypotensive value at 22.14±8.74min. The persistence time of hypotensive actien was 5. 17±2. 17hs. After treatment, theinitiated time of the hypotensive action was 58.26 times earlier than that of az-one nifedipine cream and 4.77 times earlier than that of oral administration andwas approximately the same as that of a sublingual dose (p<0.05), which wasdifference of heart rate change may be related to the pattern and route of theadministration of nifedipien.
