摘 要:目的 :通过三维 CT模拟定位计划系统的临床应用研究 ,评价其在放疗中的作用。 方法 :将螺旋 CT,三维激光定位系统和 Focus 92 0 0三维计划系统通过网络连接 ,形成放疗科专用的集影像诊断 ,图像传送 ,肿瘤定位和三维计划为一体的三维 CT模拟定位计划系统。分别对 143例肿瘤病人进行 CT模拟定位和治疗计划。 结果 :CT模拟定位和 X线模拟定位一样可完成从定位到体表标记的全过程。利用 CT进行定位 ,可为靶区的确定、复杂多野照射、适形调强放疗以及立体定向放疗提供更多的图象信息和更高的定位精度 ,使治疗中心和实际靶中心的重复误差 <2 mm。 结论 :CT模拟定位可用于大多数肿瘤病人的定位 ,是实现高精度放疗的必备设备之一。Objective To evaluate the value of 3D CT simulation and treatment planing system (3D CT Sim) in high precise radiotherapy. Methods A radiotherapy oriented 3D CT Sim consists of a SCT 6800TX spiral CT, a laser alignment system and Focus Dusimulator was installed in our hospital. From Feb 10, 99 to Oct 28, 99, CT simulation and treatment planing of 143 patients were performed on this system. The simulation and planing process included patient positioning, laser aligment, CT scaning, ima ging transferring, treatment planing and fields marking. Results It is convenient to the physician and patients as the whole process from positioning to marking fields can be performed on the CT simulator. CT simulator can provide more image information and higher treatment precision for multi fields, stereotactic radiotherapy and conformal therapy. The precise of CT simulation is higher than conventional simulation, the error of set up reproducibility is less than 2 mm. Conclusion 3D CT Sim is the key to achieve the goal of high precise, high dose, high tumor control probability and low normal tissue complication probability.
