摘 要:针对小清河分洪道标准内洪水调度提出两种分洪模式。一是干流主动分洪方式,干流按其行洪能力控制,分洪道为相应洪水;二是分洪道主动分洪方式,考虑干流行洪基流,分洪道按其分洪能力控制,干流为相应洪水。采用一维非恒定流水力模型进行水面线联合计算,结果表明:50年一遇标准设计洪水下,两种分洪方式的分洪量、流量过程差异均较大;方式二增加了分洪道分洪量,但降低了干流并行段高水位,有利于影响支流排水,具有较大的分洪效益。研究成果对于类似分洪河道治理及调度具有借鉴参考意义。Two flood diversion dispatching models for the Xiaoqing River with floodway has been proposed. One model is mainstream active diversion controlled by its flood capability, floodway flood is corresponding. Another is floodway active diversion controlled by floodway flood capability first satisfied mainstream base flood flow, mainstream flood is corresponding. One-dimensional unsteady flow model is used to jointly calculate water line on 50 years standard design flood, the results show that differences in diversion process and volume are obvious between two models, although the second model increases floodway flood volume, it can decrease high level of parallel mainstream conducive to draining flood in affected branches, so it has greater diversion benefits. The research can provide a reference for similar river treatments and flood dispatchings.
