Effects of Dietary Metabolizable Energy on Growth Performance and Serum Biochemical Parameters of Dingan Geese Aged from 1 to 4 Weeks

摘  要:为研究日粮代谢能对1~4周龄定安鹅生长性能及血清生化指标的影响,选取遗传背景相同、体重相近(90.57±0.70)g的1日龄定安鹅240只,随机分为4个处理组,每个处理组设4个重复,每个重复15只。分别饲喂代谢能水平为10.49 MJ/kg、11.02 MJ/kg、11.54 MJ/kg和12.05 MJ/kg的日粮。试验为期28 d。结果表明:(1)11.54 MJ/kg代谢能组末重和日增重均显著高于10.49 MJ/kg代谢能组(P<0.05),而料重比显著低于10.49 MJ/kg和11.02 MJ/kg代谢能组(P<0.05)。(2)11.54 MJ/kg代谢能组总蛋白和球蛋白含量都显著高于10.49 MJ/kg和12.05 MJ/kg代谢能组(P<0.05),白蛋白含量也显著高于11.02 MJ/kg和12.05 MJ/kg代谢能组(P<0.05)。但11.54 MJ/kg代谢能组尿酸含量显著低于10.49 MJ/kg代谢能组(P<0.05)。综合认为,11.54 MJ/kg代谢能日粮可使1~4周龄定安鹅获得较好生长性能,血清生化指标也得以改善。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary metabolizable energy (ME)on growth performance and serum biochemical parameters of Dingan geese aged from 1 to 4 weeks. Two hundred and forty 1-day-old Dingan geese with the same genetic backgrounds and the similar initial weight ((90.57±0.70)g)were randomly allotted to 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 15 geese per replicate. Geese were fed with diets containing different levels of ME (10.49, 11.02, 11.54 and 12.05 MJ/kg)during the period of 28 days. The results showed that final weight and daily weight gain of 11.54 MJ/kg ME group were significantly higher than those of 10.49 MJ/kg ME group (P〈0.05), but feed/gain ratio was markedly lower than those of 10.49 MJ/kg ME and 11.02 MJ/kg ME groups (P〈0.05). Serum total protein and globulin contents of 11.54 MJ/kg ME group were significantly higher than those of 10.49 MJ/kg ME and 12.05 MJ/kg ME groups (P〈0.05), and serum albumin level was also markedly higher than those of 11.02 MJ/kg ME and 12.05 MJ/kg ME groups (P〈0.05). But serum uric acid concentration of 11.54 MJ/kg ME group was significantly lower than those of 10.49 MJ/kg ME group (P〈0.05). In conclusion, the diet containing 11.54 MJ/kg ME can obtain better growth performance, and also improve serum biochemical parameters of Dingan geese aged from 1 to 4 weeks.
