摘 要:随着第二代测序技术(Next-generation sequencing technology,NGS)的出现与不断革新,生命科学领域的研究发生了巨大的改变和进步。简化基因组测序(Reduced-represen-tation genome sequencing,RRGS)是利用合适的限制性内切酶消化目标基因组以降低基因组复杂度,减少测序位点,可高性比地开发高密度SNPs,操作简单。目前,已报道的基于限制性内切酶的简化基因组测序方法包括RRLs、RAD和GBS以及基于这些方法的改进版本,如dd RAD、dd GBS和2b-RAD等。该技术在鸡、鸭和火鸡等家禽基因组方面的研究得到了广泛应用且获得一定成果。文章比较了RRGS几种方法,综述了该技术在家禽基因组研究中的应用现状,旨在为今后有关方面的研究提供借鉴和参考依据。With the advent and innovation of next-generation sequencing technology, the life sciences research has tremendously changed and progressed. Reduced representation genome sequencing is the use of appropriate restriction-enzyme to digest the target genome to reduce the complexity of the genome and sequencing sites, high-density SNPs can he developed with high efficiency and operation simply. Currently,the RRGS methods that have been reported include RRLs, RAD and GBS, and modified versions based on these methods,such as ddRAD, ddGBS, 2b-RAD et al. The technique had been widely used and got some results in poultry genome research, such as chicken, (tuck et al. In this study, we compared RRGS methods and summarized the applications of RRGS in the genome of poultry, which aims to provide reference for the future research.
