摘 要:细菌对抗生素的耐药性问题越来越受到人们的关注,如何消减/逆转细菌的耐药性已成为研究的热点。植物活性成分如黄酮类、生物碱类、酚类、萜烯类等物质不仅具有一定的抗菌活性,且可增强抗生素的抗菌活性,呈现协同作用。本文对植物活性成分对抗生素抗菌活性的协同作用及其机制进行综述,以期为新型抗菌协同剂的研发提供理论参考。It is concerned about the issue of the bacterial resistance to antibiotics, and how to reduce or reverse the bacterial resistance has become a research hotspot. The antibacterial effect of the plant active ingredients, such as flavones, alkaloids, phenols and terpene so on, have already been demonstrated and can enhance the antibacterial ability of antibiotics by synergists effect. In this paper, it will be reviewed for the synergistic effect and mechanism between plant active ingredients and antibiotics, in order to provide theroretical reference for the research and development of new antibacterial synergistic agents.
