摘  要:应用西门子工业设计软件UG(Unigraphics)NX的机电一体化概念设计模块MCD(Mechatronics Concept Design)时,用户可以定义刚体及运动副使物体按照既定方案进行运动。在概念设计阶段,用户会对概念产品进行仿真运动分析,用户希望直观且动态地观测到两刚体之间的位置关系,而UG NX自带的测量工具是静态测量,无法实现动态测量。本文在分析静态测量的基础上,结合动态测量及计算机绘图原理,实现用户需求。结果表明,动态测量可以直观并且有效的反应出物体之间的位置关系。在概念设计周期中,可以直观地对方案进行预测或者验证。When using MCD (Mechatronics concept design) which is a module of SIEMENS industrial design soft- ware UG (Unigraphics) NX, users can define rigid bodies and motion joints to make objects move according to the established plan. In the stage of conceptual design, users do simulation to analyze these concept products. And they have a requirement to observe the location relationship between two rigid bodies intuitively and dynamically. The measurement tool that UG NX contained is static measurement which cannot achieve dynamic measurement. This pa- per will based on the analysis of static measurement, combined with dynamic measurement and the principle of computer drawing, and realized the requirement. The results show that the dynamic measurement can reflect the po- sition relationship between objects intuitively and effectively. During concept design, it can make the scheme be predicted or verified directly.
