强检免费后县级计量技术机构现存的问题及对策之浅议

摘　　要：去年国务院出台了政策,对强制检定计量器具免收检定费用(停征stop to collect)后,县级计量技术机构面对政策的调整、职能的转变和市场的发展需求等多方面因素的变化,现存的一些问题日渐突出。Last year, after the State Council have published policies of the compulsory verification for measuring in- struments to he free （ stop to collect）, the existing problems of the county metrology institutes are gaining momentum to adjust the policy, to transform the functions ,to fit the market development.
