成都近代公馆建筑特色研究

摘　　要：成都近代公馆建筑指从19世纪中期到20世纪40年代在成都辖区内,融合本土与外来建筑文化的基础上修建的风格各异、功能完善的私人宅邸,是一种隶属于居住建筑但比传统民居建筑更具有现代建筑特征的类别。通过对公馆建筑的实地调研,在综合考察区域历史和文化背景基础上,分析总结产生于特定时期和地域范围内的三类公馆建筑的类型特点及美学特征。Chengdu Modern mansion is defined as the private residence built in Chengdu from the mid-19 th century to the 1940 s,which is varied in style and perfect in function based on the local and foreign architectural cultures. It is a kind of private mansion belonging to residential buildings with more modern architectural features than traditional dwellings are. Based on the mansion building field research and a comprehensive study of Chengdu history and cultural background,the paper analyzed and summarized the characteristics of the types and aesthetic characteristics of the three types of mansion buildings built in a specific period and region.
