摘  要:模块化建筑是建筑工业化高度发展的必然结果,其核心概念为标准化的预制集成建筑模块,具有规模效益好、施工速度快和质量可控等优点。在回顾国内外模块化建筑技术的研究及应用的基础上,总结了模块单元类型、模块组装、连接形式、模块单元设计、主体结构受力性能和围护结构性能等方面的成果,并进一步探讨模块化建筑有待深入研究的问题,旨在为我国工业化建筑的发展提供借鉴和参考。Modular buildings is the inevitable result of highly-developed building industrialization. Standardized prefabricated integrated module is the core concept of modular building,and its primary advantages are: good economy of scale in manufacturing of multiple similar units; high speed of installation relative to site-intensive buildings; improved quality and accuracy in manufacturing. It reviewed the state of the art of modular buildings,as well as its application and research,both at home and abroad; and summarized the achievements of modular buildings from the aspects of modular units, module assembly, connection type, structural design of modular units,performance of main structure and maintenance structure. Furthermore,it discussed some issues which needed further research,and it aims to provide guiding significance and reference for the development of building industrialization.
