摘  要:基于滑模施工成型的钢筋混凝土筒仓分为单仓与群仓,多年来作为大型壳体仓储构筑物,已成为国内外众多水泥厂、粮库等企业的标志性建筑,其中仓底混凝土锥面漏斗主要承受截面拉力,径向与环向配筋通常由抗裂性能要求控制,一般单独支模现浇成型。通过某工程混凝土群仓漏斗裂损与安全度缺陷的加固设计,对比研究了所提出的两个可行加固方案,分别为:顶面与底面粘贴碳纤维片材和顶面新增配筋混凝土覆壳。详述了选定方案的加固验算条件、过程与结果,并给出了相应设计说明与技术建议,可供同类筒仓结构设计和施工参考。As large storage shell structures constructed on special slipforms,reinforced concrete silos have become the landmark of cement plants and warehousing companies at home and abroad for many years,and they are differentiated as single independent silos and connected group silos based on slipform construction molding. The concrete cone funnels at bottom of the silo wall are mainly subjected to cross section tension,and radial and circumferential reinforcements are usually controlled by the anti-cracking performance. They are separately molded and cast-in-place. The strengthening design of cracking and safety default of concrete connected group silos in a project were studied by comparing two feasible strengthening schemes including pasting carbon fiber sheets on the top and bottom and setting new reinforced concrete shell on the top surface. The checking calculation conditions,process and results of the selected schemes were described in detail,and corresponding design instructions and technical proposals were given,which could be used for reference in structural design and construction of similar silos.
