摘 要:以酸枣新品种"蓝猫1号"为试验材料,分析比较了加热回流提取、超声波辅助提取、快速溶剂萃取仪3种方法对酸枣环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)提取效果的差异。结果表明,快速溶剂萃取法得到的cAMP含量较加热回流提取法高,与超声波辅助提取法差异不显著,但操作简便快捷、自动化程度高、节省时间。Fruits of 'Lanmao No.l', a new cultivar of wild jujube bred by Hebei Academy of Forestry Science in 2015, was used as test material. Extraction effects of three methods (hot reflux, ultrasonic- assisted extraction and accelerated solvent extraction, respectively) on cAMP were compared. Results showed that the content of cAMP extracted by accelerated solvent extraction was significantly higher than that of hot reflux extraction. Compared with ultrasonic-assisted extraction, the content of cAMP had no significant difference, but accelerated solvent extraction was easy to operation, highly-automatized and saving time.
