摘 要:针对车集煤矿煤层瓦斯压力较高、透气性差、瓦斯预抽难度大等问题,提出了在二_2煤层进行CO_2相变致裂增透技术试验。进行了CO_2相变致裂技术原理和CO_2致裂装置研究,设计了CO_2相变致裂增透影响半径试验方案和CO_2相变致裂增透瓦斯抽采效果试验方案。现场试验结果表明,本次CO_2相变致裂增透试验的影响半径为4 m;在观测的15 d内,致裂组的平均瓦斯抽采流量为普通抽采组平均瓦斯抽采流量的1.7倍。According to the problems of the high gas pressure, the low permeability, the difficult gas pre-drainage at Cheji Coal Mine, the permeability increasing technique tests by CO_2 phase transition fracturing were carried out in the Ⅱ_2 coal seam. The technical principle of CO_2 phase transition fracturing and CO_2 phase transition fracturing device were studied, the influence radius testing programs and the gas extraction effect testing programs of CO_2 phase transition fracturing technique were designed. The field tests showed that, the radius of influence of CO_2 phase transition fracturing test was 4 m, and the average gas extraction flow of the fracturing group was 1.7 times that of the normal extraction group in 15 d.
