摘 要:为了解决哈尔乌素露天矿下部端帮道路因靠帮开采作业被取消之后造成的内排运距大幅度增加的问题,采用中间搭桥技术方案贯通下部水平的运输道路。根据中间搭桥技术方案,建立了内排搭桥运距和运输费用计算模型。在哈尔乌素露天矿进行中间搭桥方案的应用,并进行经济效益的核算。结果表明:中间搭单桥方案可节约运输费用29.1%,中间搭双桥可节约运输费用23.4%,推荐采用中间搭单桥的技术方案。In order to solve the problem that the inner-dump transport distance increases due to the steep mining is cancelled in the lower end-slope road at the bottom of Haerwusu Surface Mine, the pit-middle bridging technology is adopted to connect the lower transport road at the bottom. According to technical scheme of pit-middle bridging technology, the calculation model of transport distance and transportation cost is established. The pit-middle bridging technology is applied in Haerwusu Surface Mine and its economic benefits are checked. The results show that pit-middle single bridging scheme can save transportation costs by29.1%, and the pit-middle double bridging scheme can save transportation costs by 23.4%. Therefore pit-middle single bridging technical scheme is recommended.
