摘 要:冷却降温是防治矿井高温的有效措施,而这其中空冷器是重要的降温设备。在对赵楼煤矿采煤工作面进行制冷降温时,根据井下液压支架的特点,将空冷器设计成半开放的形式,使其能够满足井下制冷需求的同时还能够与液压支架一起往前推进,避免了重复拆卸的工作。根据计算确定空冷器联合工作时的最优布置位置,使其满足长距离大宽度采煤工作面的制冷降温需求。The refrigeration and cooling is an effective measure to prevent and control the high temperature of the mine, which is an important cooling equipment. According to the characteristics of the underground hydraulic support, the air cooler is designed in a semi-open mode when refrigeration and cooling is carried out in working face of Zhaolou Coal Mine to make it meet the needs of underground cooling and move forward with the hydraulic support to avoid the repeated disassembly work. According to the calculation, the optimal placement position of the combined work of the air cooler is calculated to meet the refrigeration and cooling demand of the long-distance and large width working face.
