摘 要:针对突出煤层综掘工作面粉尘浓度高、除尘风机无法使用、粉尘治理困难的问题,以平煤八矿己_(15)-21030风巷综掘面为切入点,开展了突出煤层综掘面湿润剂高压喷雾降尘的应用研究,分析了湿润剂高压喷雾降尘机理,介绍了一种综掘面湿润剂高压喷雾降尘系统及其工作原理,并进行了现场试验。结果表明:该喷雾降尘系统在掘进机司机处的平均降尘效率比低压喷雾和普通高压喷雾分别提高10%~20%。In order to deal with the problems of high dust concentration in mine, unusable dust removal fan and the difficulties in controlling mine dust for fully mechanized heading face in outburst coal seam, this paper carried out relative research on the dust control technology of high-pressure spraying with wetting agent by choosing the fully mechanized heading face in the F_(15)-20130 air way of Pingdingshan No.8 Coal Mine as the study object. This paper analyzed the mechanism of high-pressure spraying dust reduction. Then the composition and working principle of high pressure spray system with wetting agent were introduced. In addition, filed application was also carried out in F_(15)-20130 air way. The results show that high-pressure spraying with wetting agent can improve the average dust suppression efficiency for mine dust by 20% and 10% respectively compared to low pressure spray and ordinary high-pressure spray technology.
