摘  要:为了研究回收溶液环境下不同停留时间时生物质的水热碳化过程和产物特性,在自动升温高压反应釜中,以麦秆为实验原料,回收220℃和120 min麦秆水热反应溶液作为溶剂,进行反应时间为30~180 min,反应温度为220℃条件下的水热碳化实验研究。研究发现,回收溶液环境中,同纯水环境相同的停留时间条件下,麦秆水热固体产物产率无明显变化,而碳含量则有所增加,芳香化和有序化程度逐渐提高;液体产物中还原糖浓度从90 min时的11.16 g/L下降至180 min时的6.25 g/L,糠醛和5-HMF浓度随停留时间的增加变化幅度较小,回收反应溶液对于改善固体产物碳化程度和固存液体产物中碳是有利的。This paper related to hydrothermal carbonization(HTC) of biomass with emphasis on studying the effects of recovered solution on the characteristics of HTC products under different reaction conditions. In the laboratory experiment wheat straw sample was treated in a pressure reactor at the temperature of 220 ℃ with residence time of 120 min, then the aqueous solution was separated and reused in HTC of wheat straw 220 ℃,the residence time ranging from 30~180 min. The study showed that HTC with recovered solution compared with the HTC with water, the solid product yield scarcely changed but the carbon content of the solid products was higher; moreover, the solid products had better aromatic and orderly structure, and the concentration of reducing sugars decreased from 11.16 g/L at 90 min to 6.25 g/L at 180 min. In addition, the concentrations of furfural and 5-HMF in liquid products slightly changed as the residence times extended. In brief, recovery of the reaction solution improved the carbonization degree of solid products and carbon sequestration in liquid products.
