摘  要:土地利用与碳排放密切相关,土地低碳化利用已成为研究热点。基于低碳视角,从乌鲁木齐市土地系统压力、状态和响应3个层面选择18项指标构建评价体系,运用熵权法确定权重,选取综合指数法来评价城市用地系统健康水平。结果表明:(1)2005-2014年乌鲁木齐市城市用地系统健康状况在波动中整体表现出上升的趋向,健康等级经历了"不健康→临界健康→亚健康"的发展历程。(2)影响城市土地系统健康发展的指标主要是地均固定资产投资、人均建设用地面积、单位GDP能耗和地均碳排放,影响程度在不同年份发生不同的变化。根据评价结果提出对策建议,以期为乌鲁木齐市优化土地利用结构、提高土地利用效率,推进低碳经济建设,推动城市用地系统健康发展提供参考。Land use and carbon emissions are closely related, low carbon utilization of land has become a research hotspot.Based on low carbon perspective, 18 indicators from the levels of urban land use system pressure, state and response were selected to build the evaluation system. Using entropy weight method to determine weights, and using the comprehensive index method to evaluate the health status of urban land use system in Urumqi, and the results show that from the overall trend, the health level of land use system in Urumqi showed an upward trend during 2005 to 2014, it has experienced the development process of "unhealthy, critical state, sub health". The main factors affecting the healthy development of urban land system is the fixed assest investment in per square of land, construction land area per capita, energy consumption per unit GDP and carbon emission in per square of land, the degree of influence varied in different years. Finally, based on the analysis of the evaluation, some suggestions were proposed, in order to provide the reference for optimizing the urban land use structure in Urumqi, improving the efficiency of urban land use, developing low-carbon economy, and promoting the healthy development of urban land use system.
