摘　　要：随着城市污水处理治理力度的日渐深入,排放标准对污水处理厂设计和运行的影响越来越重要,排放标准的科学性及可实施性已成为影响行业发展的重要因素。在对辽宁省已建成的198座污水处理厂进行实地调研的基础上,制定了污染排放限值路线,并结合辽河流域地区特点,在遵循标准制定原则的前提下,按污水处理厂规模确定了污染物排放限值及适用范围。With the gradual development of urban sewage treatment, the design and the operation of sewage treat- ment plant are significantly influenced by the discharge standard. Meanwhile, the scientificity and the practicabili- ty of emission standard are becoming the important factors which affected the development of industry. Based on investigation of 198 sewage treatment plants in Liaoning province, the pollution discharge limit line was formulat- ed. Combining with the characteristics ofLiaohe river region, on the premise of following the principle of stan- dards, according to the sewage treatment plant scale, the pollutant emission limit and the applicable scope are de- termined.
