摘 要:针对智慧经济园区电网工程造价指标多、差异大、难估算的现状,提出一种基于大数据的智慧经济园区主配网规划投资预算、核算和分析评估方法。该方法主要是运用大数据技术,统计已建设的智慧经济园区项目的历史电网投资数据,通过不同策略对主网和配网进行分别预算;同时结合运用"互联网+"技术,在建设过程中发现成本超支或进度落后等问题,进行预警和查找分析产生成本问题的具体原因,为电网建设工程造价预测及成本实时监控提供了科学、可靠的依据。In order to deal with the status quo that cost indexes of wisdom economic zone' s power grid project are numer- ous, varied and hard to estimate, based on big data, this article presents a main and distribution network planning method, aiming at investment budget, accounting, analysis and evaluation. Using big data technology, this method is to count the historical grid investment data of wisdom economic zone project. , budget the main network and distribution network through different strategies. This method also combines the " Internet + " technology at the same time. During construction process, it can find problems such as cost overruns, schedule falling behind and so on. Then it gives an early warning and analysis specific causes of cost, and provides a scientific and reliable basis for grid construction project cost forecasting and cost real- time monitoring.
