摘 要:目的了解盐城市农村社区糖调节受损的流行现状与分布特征,为落实糖尿病社区综合干预措施提供依据。方法按照分层整群抽样的方法,在盐城市盐都区选择3个乡镇筛查点,对18~69岁居民进行问卷调查、身体测量和实验室检测,了解空腹血糖受损(IFG)和糖耐量减低(IGT)的分布情况。结果共调查1 151人,糖调节受损的患病率为31.9%,不同地区、性别和年龄组人群的患病率存在差异;血压、血脂异常以及超重肥胖、腹型肥胖人群的患病率高于正常人群。结论盐城市农村社区人群糖调节受损的患病率处于较高水平,应加强综合干预,降低糖尿病的发病率。Objective To understand the prevalence and distribution of IGR in rural communities in Yancheng City, and to provide evidence for the implementation of comprehensive intervention measures in diabetic com- munity. Methods According to the method of stratified cluster sampling, three villages were selected as screen- ing sites in Yandu District of Yancheng City. Questionnaires, physical measurements and laboratory tests were conducted from 18 to 69 year old to understand the distribution of impaired fasting glucose (IFG) and Impaired glucose tolerance (IGT). Results The prevalence of impaired glucose regulation was 31.9%. The prevalence has difference with gender, age and region, and higher with blood pressure, dyslipidemia and overweight obesi- ty and abdominal obesity than normal population. Conclusion Yancheng rural community population has higher prevalence with IPG, should be strengthen the comprehensive intervention to reduce the incidence of diabetes.
