摘 要:目的建立月球重力模拟平台,探索模拟月球重力下人体心血管的影响及其自主神经调控功能的变化特征。方法 20名成年健康受试者分别在穿着压力袜和对照(不着袜)的条件下进行连续2 h头高位10°卧床(head up tilt 10°bed rest,HUT10°)。记录卧床过程中的心率、血压指标,同时采集连续心电进行心率变异性分析对心血管功能及其调控特征进行解析。结果与平卧位相比,对照组头高位10°卧床期间心率增快,舒张压增高。着袜组无明显心率和血压变化。与对照组相比,着袜组在头高位10°卧床期间心率变异性增加。结论模拟月球重力条件下人体没有发生明显的心率和血压改变,但自主神经调控增强。下肢穿着压力袜结合头高位10°卧床可用于模拟月球重力对人体心血管影响研究。Objective To develop a simulated lunar gravity method and explore the effects of lunar gravity on human cardiovascular changes and their autonomic nervous regulation characteristics. Methods Twenty healthy adult subjects implemented 2 h head up tilt 10° bed rest( HUT10°) with and without( control) wearing compression stockings. Heart rate,blood pressure and continuous ECG( for HRV analysis) were recorded to evaluate cardiovascular and autonomic nervous regulation changes. Results Increase in heart rate and diastolic pressure were found in control group during HUT10° compared with supine position,while no obvious changes were found in HUT10° with stockings. Increased heart rate variability was showed in stockings HUT10° as compared with control group. Conclusion Subjects with stockings showed no obvious changes in heart rate and blood pressure in this simulated lunar gravity conditions but showed increased activities in autonomic nervous regulation. Lower extremity stockings with HUT10° can be used as lunar analog for cardiovascular research.
