摘 要:目的 观察健康飞行员的胃电活动特征并与普通自愿者比较。 方法 随机选择健康体检飞行员 10名和健康普通自愿者 10名。先记录空腹胃电 30 m in,进试验餐后再记录餐后胃电 30 m in。用谱分析方法计算胃电参数。 结果 飞行员餐前后胃电主频率与普通自愿者无差别 ;飞行员餐后餐前胃电主功率比值和空腹状态正常胃电慢波百分比明显高于普通自愿者 (P<0 .0 5和 P<0 .0 1) ;飞行员餐前胃电主频率不稳定系数 (DFIC)和主功率不稳定系数 (DPIC)均明显低于普通自愿者 (P<0 .0 1和 P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 健康飞行员胃电活动的主功率和正常胃电节律明显增加。提示在评价飞行员胃电活动时其正常参考值可能要相应改变。Obiective To observe the difference of gastric myoelectric activity between healthy pilots and ordinary volunteers. Methods 10 healthy pilots and 10 ordinary volunteers were randomly selected to participate in the study. All subjects had their electrogastrogram (EGG) recorded for 30 min preprandially and for 30 min postprandially. Spectral analysis was computed to EGG parameters. Results No difference of gastric domain frequency was found between healthy pilots and ordinary volunteers. The postprandial to fasting power ratio and the percentage of normal gastric slow wave in the fasting state were higher in healthy pilots than those in ordinary volunteers ( P<0.05 and P <0.01, respectively). Gastric domain power instability coefficient and domain frequency instability coefficient in fasting state in healthy pilots decreased significantly as compared to ordinary volunteers ( P<0.01 and P <0.05, respectively). Conclusion Healthy pilots present the increased EGG power and normal gastric rhythm, and this suggests that the normal reference values of EGG parameters should be altered according to the standards in healthy pilots for assessing their electrogastrograms.
